The Miles Phipps’ Outreach Project
About the Project:
In November of 2025 my son Miles Phipps took his life after being bullied relentlessly for years over being different. The day after a teacher refused to use his legally accepted pronouns. He was only 15 years old. Miles was nothing ever than completely himself. He was transgender, but he was so much more. He was funny, intelligent, empathetic and kind.
I started this project to help raise awareness and end bullying. To help people understand that words matter and that we don't have to agree to be kind. Miles was an avid bicycle rider and musician. He completed Ragbrai with the Dream Team and wrote music with the hope to one day help people. Profit from the sales will be to help fund individuals that are struggling with their mental health. Whether that be through receiving an instrument, a bicycle or financial aid for talk therapy through Prism Therapy Solutions.
